It utilizes the cranial rhythm to evaluate the body for restrictions in the soft tissues and joints. It is highly useful in the conditions of Chronic pain, non surgical soft tissue pain such as low back pain, neck pain , headaches, migraines, disabilities such as Multiple Sclerosis, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, fybromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome.

Manual Lymph Drainage

A technique that manually facilitates the movement of Lymph fluid in the body. This is very effective for people that are suffering from conditions in which the Lymph fluid flow is restricted or blocked. This happens most often following surgery especially post mastectomy in which lymph nodes were taken for biopsy.  It can also happen when disease or scar tissue has hampered the flow.

Muscle Energy Techniques

These are manual techniques that utilize positioning of the body combined with muscle contraction. They bring about changes in the joint position and muscle length. This decreases stress and alleviates pain and restores function to areas of the body.

Myofacial Release

This is a technique in which the soft tissues are mobilized to regain proper alignment and mobility.  This is most often utilized post trauma or post surgical where the tissues have become adhered by scar or after diseases where the soft tissue becomes tense.

Strain Counterstrain Technique

This technique uses the length tension receptors in the muscles and the tendons to relieve pain and tension in the muscles and joints by positioning the body are releasing the tension.
