Hydrotherapy is the use of water as a therapeutic agent, in its different states and at different temperatures. It is a valuable tool in the treatment of pathological conditions such as trauma, rheumatism, digestive disorders, respiratory or neurological.

Hydrotherapy can be applied through:


Bathrooms: may be total or partial and different temperatures depending on the type of application you want to.

· Bathrooms simple: is made in tank or bath to relax the patient. Can be cold or hot.

· Bathrooms partial: those who apply on a particular body part.

· Bathrooms Steam: steam is projected on the area to be treated, and then cover with a towel.

· Bathrooms contrast, alternating the application of water at different temperatures.

The hydro-spa: This treatment is done in a special tub that has more than 100 jets and mini-jets of thermal water and air are applied simultaneously in different parts of the body. Allow the person to fully relax, reduce rheumatic pain, stimulates blood and lymphatic system and alleviates muscle fatigue.

Sulfur baths, are performed in a jacuzzi with thermal water of sulfur, with temperatures ranging between 34 and 40 degrees Celsius. Stimulate blood circulation, relieve muscle and bone pains, reduce stress, is relaxing and prevent skin conditions.

Steam: clearing the airway, relieve sinusitis, clean impurities from the skin and eliminate uric acid and body toxins.
