Today we are going to talk about the most common injuries that occur in the corridors of walking due to the implementation of this sport.
Leg Cramps
Is the common name for pain in the front of the leg, usually on the inner thigh and calves.
Anterior compartment syndrome
Pain and swelling during exercise in front of the leg on the outside of the shin bone
Achilles Tendinitis
The Achilles tendon connects the calf muscles gastrocnemius and soleus to the heel. This problem can become inflamed from overuse biomechanical and running.
Plantar fasciitis

The ankle sprain is a common injury when walking or running on uneven terrain.
Patellofemoral Pain
Patellofemoral pain is an indescribable pain in the knee, which appears suddenly when you’re running or walking on slopes both up and down.
Stress fractures
Stress fractures are common among runners in the femur (thigh), tibia (shin) and feet. Effects are due to repetitive contraction of muscles attached to them
Misalignment of the hip
The dislocation of the hip is characterized by a sense of annoying clicks on the outside or front of the hip is not painful.
